1, wall quality inspection.

This step should be completed in the closing stage. First of all, everyone should comprehensively check whether the walls that need to be painted in the room are solid and flat. If there are big cracks and holes in the wall, the developer or property should be advised to redo it. Some holes can be filled with gypsum.

2. Preparation before scraping putty.

Ensure that the wall surface is solid and flat, clean it with steel brush or other tools, and try to make the wall surface free of floating soil and ups and downs. Roll the concrete interface agent evenly on the wall as far as possible, and after it is dried (generally more than 2 hours), you can blow putty.

3. Scrape water-resistant putty.

Before blowing putty, measure the flatness of the wall with a measuring ruler of 2M or more to determine the method of blowing putty. Generally, you can scrape putty on both sides of the wall, which can not only level but also cover the background color. Putty with poor flatness needs to be scraped several times in some places. If the wall with poor flatness is seriously inclined, consider scraping gypsum for leveling first, and then scraping putty. The interval between batches of putty scraping shall be more than 2 hours (after the surface is dried).

4. Polishing putty.

After water-resistant putty 1-2 days, putty grinding will be started. Polishing can be carried out at night, with a light bulb of 100 watt or more close to the wall for lighting, and check the flatness while polishing.

5. Brush the primer.

After the floating dust on the polished putty surface is cleaned, the primer can be applied. Primer can be painted evenly at one time, and the next step of construction can be carried out after it is completely dried (2-4 hours).

6. Brush the top coat.

Top coat is generally painted twice, and the interval between each painting should be more than 2-4 hours (depending on the surface drying time) until it is basically dry. After the second brush, it takes 1-2 days to completely dry. Before the paint is completely dry, pay attention to waterproof, drought-proof and sun protection to prevent problems with the paint film.
