In principle, I will respect and obey the work arrangement of the leader; At the same time, privately find opportunities to express their ideas in a consultative tone and see if the leaders can change their minds. If the leader doesn't take my advice, I will finish the work seriously according to the leader's requirements. On the other hand, if the way demanded by the leader violates the principle, I will resolutely raise objections; If the leader is still opinionated, I will not hesitate to report to the superior leader again.

You are presiding over a meeting, and the opposing sides have changed from arguing to swearing. What should you do?

As the host of the meeting, I will record the arguments and topics of both sides, and then suggest that everyone should be quiet first, or simply adjourn for half an hour. After everyone can sit down calmly, I'll explain the purpose of this meeting again, which is to ask everyone to discuss a problem calmly and propose a solution instead of arguing. When the situation is under my control, I will ask each side to send a representative to summarize their opinions, viewpoints and plans. By explaining their reasons, everyone raised their hands and voted, and the minority obeyed the majority opinion. I will also write the final result into the minutes of the meeting for future reference.

As the saying goes, "Without rules, there is no Fiona Fang", but some people say that if you want to innovate, you can't follow the rules. what do you think?

There is some truth in the saying "Without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang". Innovation is difficult to succeed without certain rules. Even if there is innovation, it may do more harm than good and has no practical significance. But we can't stick to the rules. Sometimes, we have to bravely break through the restrictions of "rules" and insist on "innovation". The great benefits brought by China's reform and opening up are the best evidence. In my opinion, rules and innovation are closely linked and dialectically unified. The key to the problem lies in the grasp of "degree". How to grasp this degree between rules and innovation is a problem that we still have to consider in the future.
