What information do you need to provide when issuing invoices for property management fees?

1. My application for reimbursement of property management fees.

2. The original and photocopy of the property right certificate or purchase contract of the house I purchased. If the property owner of the real estate license or the purchaser is registered in the name of the spouse in the purchase contract, a copy of the marriage certificate should also be provided.

3. Invoice of property management fee (payable to Beihang University), and certificate of property management fee standard issued by property management company or property right unit.
