How long will the water fee stop?

If the water fee is in arrears, the notice of payment will be delivered 2 months later, and the water supply will be stopped. Users who are in arrears shall pay the water fee within 15 days from the date of receiving the notice. If it cannot be paid on time due to special reasons, it shall explain to the water supply enterprise that the water supply enterprise sends a notice of payment to the defaulting user and delivers it to the household after 15. If the defaulting user fails to pay the water fee without justifiable reasons, the water supply enterprise may first charge 5% of the overdue fee to the defaulting user on a daily basis and stop supplying water to the defaulting user two months later.

Article 44 of the Regulations on Property Management

Within the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users.

The realty service enterprise shall not charge additional fees such as handling fees to the owners if it accepts the entrusted collection of money.

Will the water and electricity be cut off if the property is not handed over?

If the owner does not pay the property fee, the property cannot be cut off from water and electricity. The property is sued or arbitrated, and the owner is required to pay the property fee.

The owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed. If the property service provider has provided services in accordance with the agreement and relevant regulations, the owner shall not refuse to pay the property fee on the grounds that he has not accepted or does not need to accept the relevant property services.
