The first is to issue demolition permits.

(2) In another case, through equal, voluntary and legal negotiation, no compensation agreement for demolition and resettlement was reached.

When the demolisher and the demolished cannot reach an agreement on the demolition compensation and resettlement, either party may apply to the house demolition management department for a decision on the demolition compensation and resettlement.
