Due to the needs of the work, with the consent of the district party Committee and the district government, it was decided to openly recruit 9 supernumerary personnel in the whole region. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Third, the recruitment method

The recruitment work is carried out by combining job evaluation with interview in accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, openness and transparency, and merit-based recruitment".

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: February 22-February 28, 2023 (9: 00 am-165438+ 0: 30 pm, 65438+04: 00 pm-65438+07: 00 pm).

2. Registration place: Conference Room (He Yun Building), 5th floor,No. Beijing North Road 100, Qingjiangpu District, Huai 'an.

3. Registration requirements:

(1) This recruitment is conducted by on-site registration;

(2) Applicants must truthfully declare according to the recruitment conditions, and the application materials provided must be complete, true and effective.

During the whole recruitment process, applicants who practise fraud or fail to meet the registration requirements will be disqualified from registration, examination and admission once verified.

4. The following materials shall be provided at the time of registration:

(1) 1 Copy of the application form for open recruitment of supernumerary personnel in Qingjiangpu District, Huai 'an City in 2023 (see Annex 1, personal signature must be printed by hand and on both sides);

(2) The original and photocopy of the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period, and the ID card used for registration and examination must be consistent;

(3) Original, photocopy and resume of academic certificate;

(4) Two recent bareheaded two-inch photos (name written on the back, one on the application form and one for backup);

5. Qualification examination:

According to the recruitment conditions, the applicants' registration qualifications will be preliminarily examined, and those who meet the requirements will receive the registration form.

If the number of successful applicants exceeds 3 times of the actual number of recruitment positions, the judges will be organized to conduct evaluation based on the professional certificate, work experience, work performance, employment status and awards provided by the candidates according to the evaluation criteria.

(3) Interview

Determine the list of candidates to be interviewed according to the ratio of the number of successful candidates to the number of actual recruitment positions (if the ratio of the number of successful candidates to the number of actual recruitment positions is less than 3 times, all successful candidates will enter the interview session; If the suitability of the post is evaluated, the interview candidates will be determined according to the suitability evaluation), the interview notice will be issued, and the list of interview candidates will be published on the website of Qingjiangpu District Government.

The interview mainly tests the applicant's adaptability to work from the aspects of comprehensive analysis, language expression, organization and coordination, adaptability and appearance.

Total interview score 100, 60 or above is qualified. Candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.

(4) Physical examination and investigation

Applicants enter the physical examination and investigation according to the interview results from high score to low score: 1: 1.

The shortlist of medical examination was published on the website of Qingjiangpu District Government.

The specific time and place of physical examination and inspection will be notified separately.

Vacancies due to personal reasons, unqualified physical examination and inspection will be filled from the candidates who have passed the interview in the same position in order of high score to low score.

The interview results are valid for one year (February 2023-February 2024).

(5) Publicity

Those who pass the inspection will be hired and will be publicized on the website of Qingjiangpu District Government for 5 working days.

If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, or if there is objection but it does not affect the employment, the relevant formalities shall be handled within the specified time according to the relevant regulations and procedures.

If the person to be hired fails to report for duty within the time limit or fails to go through the employment formalities in time due to personal reasons, he will automatically give up and cancel the employment qualification.

If there is a vacancy due to the publicity results of the candidates to be hired or the candidates explicitly give up employment, they can be replenished in the order of high score to low score among the qualified candidates who apply for the same job interview.

During the validity period of the interview results, if there is a vacancy in the publicity results of the candidates to be hired or the candidates explicitly give up employment, they can be replenished from high score to low score among the candidates who have passed the interview results for the same position, and the results will be reported to the human resources and social departments of Qingjiangpu District, Huai' an City for the record.
