Factory management rules and regulations

1. In order to establish a modern management system and comprehensively improve the working system, all employees of our factory should consciously abide by these rules, sign labor contracts and conclude these rules.

2. The contract period is one year, and every employee needs to make a contract. Employees who want to resign at the expiration of the contract should inform the factory one month in advance. 7. Employees are not allowed to bring guns, ammunition, knives, cameras, explosives and articles unrelated to production or business into the factory or dormitory.

8. Employees are not allowed to take public property out of the factory without approval. Private goods can only be taken out of the factory after obtaining the release certificate from the relevant leaders.

9. Employees must wear post cards to enter the workshop when they go to work.

Chapter I Employment and Transfer

Chapter V Wages

2. The employee's salary will be paid after the labor, and will be paid monthly.

3. The salary of employees in our factory shall be agreed by both parties, but the company has the right to advance or postpone it, but it shall not exceed the current month.

4. The wages of employees in our factory are divided into the following items:

Every employee's bed should be kept clean and tidy. It is forbidden to pull and connect wires in the dormitory. It is forbidden to open fire, pour water, hang wet clothes or dry clothes at designated places. Gambling and fighting are forbidden in the factory, and men and women are not allowed to be together.

3. After the bed is arranged by the factory logistics, the bed shall not be moved at will, and the iron bed in the dormitory shall not be moved without permission. 4. The dormitory on the third floor must have a room for two people, and 1 person cannot monopolize a room.

Factory material management system

I. Material Acceptance and Storage
