Is it legal to close the community now?

It is illegal to close the community, and the community property has no right to prohibit owners who have not purchased parking spaces and garages from entering the community. If the owner wants to identify whether the parking spaces in the community are determined by agreement or stipulated by law, he must first know where parking spaces are set in the community planning, and then look at the sales contract or parking space lease contract between himself and the developer to determine the ownership of these parking spaces. If there are no parking spaces in the community planning, and they are set on the site or road owned by the community owner, then the ownership should be owned by the owner, even if the developer or the property service enterprise rents or gives away these parking spaces.

No parking spaces shall be designated on all the sites of * * * without the authorization of the owners' meeting. Even if designated, the parking space belongs to the owner and cannot be rented or sold casually.

However, it is legal to block the community in an emergency such as an epidemic. In an emergency, citizens' rights will be restricted to a certain extent. If this restriction is reasonable, it does not constitute an offence. During the epidemic, if the local government issues documents, communities and village neighborhood committees can carry out self-help work.
