Water, at that time, there was no water meter, and each family paid it to 200 yuan once a year. Later, there was a water meter, and no one copied the numbers, but they were handed in as usual.

Gas was once used in gas tanks. Last year, the government unified the pipeline gas, and a special company was responsible for it, just like other communities.

Now pay the electricity bill by mobile phone.

Heating used to be an independent boiler, and someone was hired to take charge. Every household has paid the money according to the last year's expenses, and refunded more and made up less.

I went home for the New Year in 2000, just in time for the epidemic. Party member, the owner (retired director) in the WeChat circle, said that someone should be on duty at the gate of the community and disinfected every day. My wife and I signed up and waited for ten days to line up. I roughly calculated that almost every family has party member.

The population was very mobile, and the sense of security in the community was lost. Open the community, everyone can be idle. Add it yourself. Abandoning residential houses is a big drop. . .

Now they are all labor dispatch companies, and you can find a labor service company to do everything. Security companies, landscaping companies, power supply companies, water supply companies, heating companies, housekeeping companies and other controversial communities can do it for you.

There is no real estate where I live. I take the garbage to the trash can in the street and clean the stairs myself. My life is good and clean. No garbage. Property is useless except cleaning workers and students. When the community is big, it is necessary. If it is a small matter, everyone should be self-disciplined.

It is better without property, and property does not play much role. There is an extra charge for paying the property fee.
