Report on application for purchase of fire fighting equipment

Dear company leaders:

In order to cooperate with the inspection of the "four capabilities" construction of fire safety, combined with the actual situation of our company's fire-fighting equipment, through the inspection of the whole factory, it is found that some existing fire-fighting equipment needs to be replaced and equipped, as follows:

Need to buy: (1)MFZ/ABC4A fire extinguisher 10 (2) 4 fire hydrant glasses (3) 2 fire monitors (4) 2 fire belts.

Need to be supplemented: 1 MFTZ/ABC355 cart fire extinguisher needs to be installed: 1 fire fighting equipment such as fire evacuation indicator light and fire emergency light in canteen corridor, please consider it as appropriate, and purchase and install it as soon as possible for inspection by superior fire department.
