The first is whether the property in the area can be allowed, and the second is the problem of row or overlapping neighborhood relations. There are many areas with strict management, and the resistance encountered is illegal construction. Cutting the floor on the balcony is relatively simple. The external elevator needs to pay attention to the weighing and waterproofing of the shaft. As for whether it is closed or sightseeing, you need to choose according to the shaft.

There is no reserved elevator shaft, so the selection of elevator position and the construction of shaft should be carried out with the cooperation of elevator manufacturer designers to avoid rework caused by unreasonable construction in the later stage.
