The largest private garden in China to be built in Hefei, the boss fled to Canada with the money, and now it is rotten. What will happen in the future?
When it comes to gardens, people have to think of Suzhou. Suzhou gardens have been said since ancient times that "Jiangnan gardens are the best in the world and Suzhou gardens are the first in the south of the Yangtze River". Most of them were house gardens, built by ancient nobles, eunuchs and wealthy businessmen. Seen from a distance, they are magnificent and elegant. Among them, Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Forest are the most famous, and they are one of the world-famous classical gardens.
In fact, in Hefei, China, there is also a private garden called Mohe Garden, which was once very famous. Its area is about 265,438+00 mu, which is equivalent to the sum of the top ten gardens in Suzhou. It was once listed as one of the "New Ten Scenery" in Hefei, and construction began in 2003. However, 17 years have passed, and it has not been completed until today, and it has become an unfinished building.
The owner of Mohe Garden
Mohe Garden belongs to Hefei Mohe Garden Development Co., Ltd., and its original owner is Liu Chuansheng. At that time, Liu Chuansheng was a businessman in Hefei, Anhui. After years of operation, he also accumulated a lot of wealth and founded a number of companies. In Hefei, Liu Chuansheng was a prominent figure in his early days.
When he was young, Liu Chuansheng visited Suzhou gardens and was attracted by pavilions and Jiangnan scenery. "If only I could have such a garden!" "He thought silently in my mind. After returning, he began to pay attention through his own real estate development company.
Later, Liu Chuansheng obtained a piece of land covering an area of 2 10 mu through auction, which is now the address of Mohe Garden. He immediately set out to turn Mohe Garden into the largest private classical garden in China, integrating culture, garden culture, tourism culture, Buddhist culture, opera culture and food culture, and opening to the outside world.
He visited some famous designers and put them under his banner. Liu Chuansheng's goal is very clear, that is, to turn his Mohe Garden into the second Suzhou Garden, with a lasting foundation. In 2003, after Liu Chuansheng prepared for the preliminary work, Mohe Garden was officially started.
Liu Chuansheng also devoted himself to Mohe Garden. In order to complete Mohe Garden as soon as possible, he set aside some funds from all his companies and invested nearly 250 million yuan in succession.
However, to build such a big garden, the money is only nine Niu Yi Mao. In desperation, Liu Chuansheng borrowed tens of millions of money from banks and the private sector. Many people have hinted to him that this will not work. Once the capital chain breaks, the consequences will be unimaginable, but Liu Chuansheng did not listen.
Unfortunately, it's finally here. When the financial crisis broke out in 2008, Liu Chuansheng suddenly went bankrupt. Unable to repay the loan, he sold all the companies. Shamefully, he fled to Canada with the payment, and was twice listed as a faithless person by Hefei court, becoming a famous local Lao Lai.
And this Mohe Garden is said to have been sold by him to a boss named Qin. Since then, Mohe Garden, which was in full swing, was slowly delayed because of too much capital investment.
The scenery of Mohe Garden
Because it belongs to a private garden, Mohe Garden is closed and outsiders can't get in at the door. Many people will be impulsive and disappointed. But there is actually another place where people can go in and have a look, that is Hefei Vocational and Technical School, because the park is separated from that school by a wall and can be entered from the school playground.
Perhaps Liu Chuansheng's location here at that time was also considered. Imagine how comfortable it would be to visit the garden and hear the sound of reading around you.
Strolling in Mohe Garden, I found that the basic buildings have been completed, with buildings connected, water connected, pavilions outside and gardens inside, which truly gather the essence of Suzhou gardens and carry them forward. In some pavilions, there are also some tables for placing guqin and guzheng, which can't help but remind people of the sound of bamboo in their ears.
This beautiful scenery is really more than Suzhou and Hangzhou. It is said that the park originally planned to have 300,000 copies of Anhui people's masterpieces, thousands of meters long corridors with carved beams and painted buildings, priceless antique calligraphy and painting, etc. Show the history and culture of Huizhou merchants and Huizhou people. But judging from the current situation, I don't know when and when I can see this kind of scenery. What a pity.
Ruins of Mohe Garden
Over the past ten years, Mohe Garden has been slowly demolished because there has been no construction, and the security guards at the gate also strictly control the entrance. All the doors in the park are locked. According to the doorman, it was because all the stone bridge fences inside were destroyed. If I let someone else in, I'm afraid something will happen.
Indeed, looking at the garden from the surrounding high-rise buildings, many architectural tiles fell everywhere, especially some buildings in the north, which were only half built because of the suspension at that time, and there were many support frames scattered around, surrounded by weeds and desolation.
In addition to the dangerous buildings in the park, there are commercial streets outside the park. Mohe Garden under construction at that time has long been listed as one of the "New Ten Scenery" in Hefei. With this fame, the developed commercial streets around are very popular, and many people come here to rent shops, hoping to make some money by opening a shop in Mohe Garden.
However, contrary to expectations, due to the unfinished business of the park, it is conceivable that many people have invested in Shui Piao. And there is no property management, and there is a scene of depression and chaos everywhere. The tenants of these shops are also complaining and very regretful.
As a park comparable to Suzhou gardens, it would be a pity if it were allowed to develop. If such a garden can be completed perfectly, you can imagine what a magnificent scene it will be. From a distance, it can be famous all over the world, as famous as Suzhou gardens. Closer to home, it will also bring considerable improvement to Hefei's GDP.
Now, however, there is nothing but regret. When the lotus blossoms bloom in another year, I sincerely hope that Mohe Garden will continue to be built and take on a new look one day.
