Which department manages residential properties?

Legal analysis: For the competent department of a property company, the most direct municipal management department is the Housing Authority, the Housing and Construction Bureau at the lower county level, the property management center at the lower street level, and the deputy director in charge of the property in the community. However, it is the community owners who can really decide the fate of the property! No department can replace the will of all owners of the community. After all, the community is a social unit, not an administrative organization. Only all the owners of the community can best control the property company.

The State Council construction administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of the national property management activities. The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
