The first community I investigated was Heyang New Village, where I lived (as mentioned earlier), and then I came to Shuang Yuan community. In this living area, there are big plastic trash cans, some with lids and some without lids. There are three or four such trash cans in front of every residential building. I measured it as I walked, and the trash cans were about 20 meters apart, and they were not neatly arranged. Some trash cans are dirty in appearance, and there are some rubbish piled next to them.
