Wet mildew of windows is indoor condensation or water infiltration, so it is suggested to find out the cause of mildew first.

Aluminum-plastic panels can cover moldy places, but water vapor will cascade to other places, causing moldy places. Especially in Heilongjiang province, because it is located in a cold area, the wall will be loose due to water leakage, freezing in winter, water expansion, contraction in summer and repeated freezing for many years. If it is a load-bearing wall, it will lead to structural safety problems over time. It's not a load-bearing wall, and it will be very troublesome to deal with it in the future.

There are many reasons for indoor water seepage, and it is difficult for experienced people to judge the location. You can refer to the following points:

1, the roof of the top floor is waterproof and leaking (often not in the damp and moldy place indoors), especially the roof with a drain, and the drain construction is slightly careless, that is, there is leakage;

2. Leakage of external wall tiles. In general brick buildings, mortar shortage is a high probability event. If the low ash is too thin or not dense, it is easy to leak slurry.

3. When plastering the exterior wall, the plastering layer often cracks due to uneven settlement, temperature change, indoor and outdoor temperature difference (especially the poor insulation or failure of the main heating pipe), severe vibration and other reasons, resulting in water seepage;

4, the window foam seal is not tight. At present, the construction of doors and windows rarely adopts the method of vertical opening (installing doors and windows first, then building walls), and all of them are inlaid. After the wall is built, install windows, and then seal the window frame and the wall with polyurethane foam. The foaming process seems simple, but lax foaming is common.

5. The waterproof of indoor kitchen and bathroom is not done well or the pipe hole is not closed well. Water seeps down the floor tiles and leaks wherever it seeps. Infiltrate near the window, and the downstairs window will be moldy. In addition, buried pipes on the ground, such as water pipes connecting the kitchen and bathroom, geothermal energy pipes and heating pipes passing through the floor, cannot rule out the possibility of water leakage. I've seen the heating pipes leaking in the boards that cross the floor, and it took me a long time to find them.

6. The indoor temperature of the wall is often lower than the dew point, and the temperature near the window is sometimes lower, causing condensation near the window and the wall will be moldy.
