How to do the online questionnaire?

1. First, Baidu searched official website, the star of quiz, and entered official website.

2. Click "Free Use" after entering official website.

3. Then log in to your account.

4. Click "Create Questionnaire" after registration.

5. Then click "Questionnaire". Note: In addition to questionnaires, online exams, voting and registration can also be created.

6. First enter the name of the questionnaire, and then click "Create".

There are two ways to create:

(1), select template (in this case): select the template built into the system and modify it.

(2) Import text: copy and paste the text in the Word document into the editing module that creates the questionnaire.

7. In the pop-up page, select the template to preview and confirm, and click "Use this template" after confirmation.

8. Edit the contents of the questionnaire, including the questionnaire title, content and quantity of options, option score, single choice or multiple choices, whether it is a required question, etc.

9. At the bottom of the questionnaire, we can set the text of the thank-you letter (display custom copy >; Settings). When the questionnaire is finished, click "Finish Editing" to save it as a draft.

10, click "Publish this questionnaire" to publish the questionnaire. After publishing, the prompt "Publishing succeeded, you can start receiving the answer sheet" will pop up, and click "OK".
