China Evergrande Group is headquartered in Guangzhou, with total assets of 1.84 trillion yuan in 2022. Formerly known as Evergrande Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., it is an international enterprise group listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange, integrating real estate planning and design, development and construction, and property management. As of February 22, 2024, Evergrande Group is still a private enterprise and a non-state-owned enterprise.
