Not less than 3‰ of the total construction area of the residential area.

1. According to Yanji property management regulations, the property management housing construction unit shall allocate necessary property houses in the property management area according to the regulations, and the specific standard of property houses shall not be less than 3‰ of the total construction area of residential quarters.

2. Yanji City is the county-level city and capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province. It is located in the east of Jilin Province, the middle of Yanbian, the northern foot of Changbai Mountain, and the hinterland of Northeast Asian economic circle. It is a fulcrum on the Chinese side of the Great "Golden Triangle" of Tumen River drawn up by the United Nations.
