The Tianxin District Court held that if Mr. Tan believed that the motorcycle was stolen because the property company failed to perform its obligations, he could also request the property company to undertake, continue to perform, take remedial measures or compensate for losses and other breach of contract obligations. But Mr Tan Can can't refuse to pay the property fee on this ground. In addition, the property company also produced special evidence. On the day of the incident, although there were no patrol security guards in the monitoring, there were indeed security guards who stopped patrolling in the community.
