Vocational skill level certificates are:

1. Certificate of the Ministry of Labor: human resource manager, marketer, e-commerce manager, logistics manager, property manager, manager, planner, nutritionist, secretary, project management division, psychological counselor, public relations staff, corporate trainer, professional manager, financial planner, gardener and landscape designer.

Certificate of Ministry of Personnel: First-class constructor, second-class constructor, cost engineer, registered consulting engineer (investment), quality professional and technical qualification, supervision engineer, economist, first-class registered architect, second-class registered architect, investment and construction project management division, environmental impact assessment engineer, real estate agent, real estate appraiser, accounting title, enterprise legal adviser.

3. Certificate of the Ministry of Construction: cost engineer, building budget officer, building quality inspector, building materials engineer, building builder, building safety officer, five-person annual auditor, decoration budget officer, decoration builder and property management enterprise manager.

Certificate of Tourism Bureau: Tour guide qualification, intermediate tour guide.

Certificate of Ministry of Finance: accounting qualification certificate and accounting title.

6. Certificate of Ministry of Education: Teacher qualification certificate.

7. Certification certificate: ISO9000 internal auditor and external auditor, ISO 14000.

Insurance certificate: insurance broker and insurance agent.

Customs declarant: Customs declarant.

Have one of the following conditions, can declare the level 4/intermediate workers:

(1) Obtained the Grade V/Junior Professional Qualification Certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupations, and worked in this occupation or related occupations for more than 4 years (inclusive).

(2) Engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 6 years (inclusive).

(3) Obtaining the graduation certificate of this major or related major in a technical school (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate); Or obtain the graduation certificate of this major or related major in secondary and above vocational schools with intermediate skills as the training goal (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate).
