The marketing department (customer service center) of the city/district/county company provides acceptance service for charging and replacing electric facilities, provides consultation service for electricity consumption, and receives and checks the application materials provided by customers, such as application form for electricity consumption, resident ID card or household registration book, certificate of property right of fixed parking space or permit of property right unit, and written explanation of construction permit issued by the property department.
