Employees of individual industrial and commercial households, enterprises and institutions, migrant workers and migrant workers in Dayao County (outside the rural household registration in the county planning area), or families with housing difficulties whose per capita real estate construction area is less than 15 square meters in the county planning area, and the applicant and his family members have registered vehicles, the value is within 654,380+10,000 yuan (subject to the purchase invoice).
