2. There is a risk of early closure. 3. Implement the appointment system. According to the epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 and the requirements of the Municipal Flower Market Office, an appointment access system will be implemented at the flower market activity site. The first four days (that is, February 7th-10) are divided into three periods, and the last 1 day (New Year's Eve is divided into two periods, with a maximum of 4,000 people entering each period.
