Five, to participate in the bidding object

Only China citizens aged 18 can apply for flower market stalls.

Matters needing attention about intransitive verbs

(1) All participants must abide by the bidding site order, including but not limited to the following matters:

1. According to the epidemic prevention requirements, combined with the actual situation of the seating arrangement of Yingdong Gymnasium, when the number of bidders entering the venue on the day of bidding reaches 1000, the district flower market office will take measures to limit the flow of people and stop issuing tender quotations. Those who fail to enter the venue cannot gather together to boo.

2. Admission personnel must wear masks, cooperate with temperature measurement, and show Suikang code.

3. Rent and deposit can only be paid by bank card with "UnionPay" logo, and other payment methods such as cash are not accepted.

4. Provide a copy of the bank card in the name of the winning bidder for refunding the deposit.

5. Bidders are required to bring the original ID card and provide a copy of the ID card. Only one person can receive the tender offer for the first-class booth (Flower or Spring/Boutique).

6. Due to the limited parking spaces at the bidding site, please take public transport as much as possible.

(2) Flower Market Stall Management Risk Warning 202 1. Due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, it is expected that the following changes will affect the business volume of stall owners (operators) in the flower market:

1, the selling time is shorter than in previous years. The time has been shortened from 6 days in previous years to 5 days, and the daily sales time has also changed. The first four days (from 9: 00 am to 20: 00 pm on February 7th to 10, and from 9: 00 am to 1 8 am on February 7th).

2. There is a risk of early closure. Due to the current unstable epidemic situation, there are risks of public health emergencies such as infectious diseases and COVID-19 epidemic, and there are also risks of early termination or cancellation of flower market activities due to the adjustment of government epidemic prevention and control policies and other force majeure factors (such as earthquakes, rainstorms, fires, etc.). The resulting economic losses shall be borne by the stall owner (operator).

3. Implement the appointment system. According to the epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 and the requirements of the Municipal Flower Market Office, an appointment access system will be implemented at the flower market activity site. The first four days (that is, February 7th-10) are divided into three periods, and the last 1 day (New Year's Eve is divided into two periods, with a maximum of 4,000 people entering each period. Due to the current unstable epidemic situation, the number of tourists is expected to decrease.
