Heating work is about to start this winter. In order to ensure the normal operation of central heating in the whole region, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

2. Heating charging time: 20221October 26th-February 6th, 2022.

3. Charging standard: residence 18 yuan/m2; Office space 25 yuan/m2; Industrial and commercial premises 29 yuan /m2.

Four. Payment policy: urban heat users and the original emerging charcoal residential buildings will be paid at 65438+1October 26th-165438+1October 15, 65438+ 10.

There are no preferential policies for office buildings and industrial and commercial buildings. If the vacant room is disposed of, a 20% heat loss fee will be charged.

(1) Xinyue area
