First of all, we must understand the situation. Is the cause and responsibility of burning out home appliances the responsibility of the property or the responsibility of the power sector? If the evidence shows that it is caused by voltage instability, according to the relevant laws and regulations, the power supply department will bear all the liability for compensation and can bring a lawsuit to the court for compensation. Legal basis: Article 59 of the Electricity Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If an electric power enterprise or user violates the power supply contract and causes losses to the other party, it shall be liable for compensation according to law. Article 28, Article 29, paragraph 1, fails to guarantee the quality of power supply or fails to notify users in advance to interrupt power supply, thus causing losses to users, they shall be liable for compensation according to law. You need to bring a lawsuit to the court within seven days after you define your responsibility. Because of the law, if the victim's customer fails to complain to the power supply enterprise and file a claim within seven days from the date when the household appliance is damaged, it is deemed that the victim voluntarily waives the right to claim compensation. If it exceeds seven days, the power supply enterprise will no longer be responsible for compensation. If it is confirmed that the power supply company is responsible for compensation according to the following requirements: resident users should claim compensation from the power supply company within 7 days from the date of damage to household appliances, and the power supply company should assume the responsibility for repair if they think it can be repaired according to regulations. For unrepairable household appliances, if the purchase time is less than 6 months, the fare shall be paid according to the original purchase amount, and the power supply enterprise shall be compensated. If the purchase time exceeds 6 months, the fare and time shall be paid according to the original purchase, and the compensation shall be paid after the specified service life is discounted. After settlement, the damaged household appliances are owned by the power supply enterprise.
