What are the provisions of the Property Management Regulations on owners or owners' decoration?

Decoration period should be controlled within 90 days in principle. If it is necessary to postpone the renovation, the owner should apply to the property management department in advance and continue the construction after approval.

Decoration construction will be arranged on Saturday and Sunday at 8: 00 am-12: 00 am, afternoon14: 00 am-18: 00 am and 9: 00 am-12: 00 am.

For example, in the early stage of renovation, the renovation time can be appropriately extended without the owner's occupancy (but it can only be started after the approval of the property company).
