Property fees need to be publicized in detail. The realty service enterprise shall announce the service items, service quality standards, charging standards and charging methods agreed in the realty service contract in a prominent position within the realty management area, accept the supervision of the owners, listen to the opinions and suggestions of the owners, and timely feedback the handling of the opinions and suggestions to the owners.

Property service enterprises to implement the property service fee system, it should be announced the income and expenditure of property management funds. If the contract system is adopted, the income and expenditure of the parts, facilities and equipment used by the property and related venues shall be announced. The realty service enterprise shall, before the end of March each year, announce the collection and use of relevant property funds in the management area of the previous year in a prominent position in the property management area, and accept the supervision of the owners. If the owner has any objection to the income and expenditure of property funds announced by the property service enterprise, the property service enterprise shall give a reply and explanation.

The implementation of the property service fee reward system, the property service expenditure received in advance belongs to the escrow nature and belongs to the owners who have paid it, and the property management enterprise shall not use it for expenses other than those agreed in the property service contract.

The property management enterprise shall announce the annual budget and final accounts of the property service funds to the owners' assembly or all owners, and announce the income and expenditure of the property service funds at least once a year.

When the owners or the owners' congress raise questions about the annual budget and final accounts of the property service funds and the income and expenditure of the property service funds, the property management enterprise shall reply in time.

In other words, the property management company is not only obliged to publish the details of income and expenditure, the use of expenses, the balance, etc., but also should reply in time when the owners ask questions.
