At the end of the Warring States Period, Qi Weiwang, Qi Xuanwang, Yan Zhaowang, Qin Shihuang and Emperor Wudi all sent people to look for Penglai Wonderland, but no one really arrived, either the Three Gods Mountain was hidden underwater or was blocked by strong winds. One of them, an alchemist named Xu Fu, was a Qi man who once asked Qin Shihuang to go to the sea to seek immortality.
