1. Use conditional formatting on dates.

For example, A 1 stores the date when the property fee should be paid, which can be set in the conditional format of this cell.

In this way, the cells to be paid can be colored in the past 5 days.

2. Use VLOOKUP function combined with TODAY () to find the matching data and display it on other tables.

3. You can also add a column after the payment date column to calculate the date difference of the payment date.

For example, A 1 is the date of payment, followed by a column. In B 1, enter = if ((a1-today ()) >; 0, (a 1-today ()), if ((a 1-today ()) = 0, "the last payment date has arrived", ""))

B 1 can indicate how many days are left before the payment date. If it exceeds the date, it will not be displayed. If it is due on the same day, "The last payment date has been reached" will be displayed.
