Where an individual industrial and commercial household changes its registered items, it shall, in accordance with the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households and the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, submit it to the registration authority where its business premises are located:

① Application for Change of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households signed by the operator;

② A copy of the operator's ID card.

If an agent is entrusted, the certificate of entrusted agent signed by the operator and a copy of the ID card of entrusted agent shall also be submitted.

The application for changing the business premises shall be limited to the area under the jurisdiction of the same registration authority. Before moving into the new business premises, it shall apply for registration of change and submit the certificate of use of the new business premises.

If the new business premises are under the jurisdiction of other registration authorities, it shall be handled in accordance with the principle of "one waste and one establishment", that is, the original registration of individual industrial and commercial households shall be cancelled and the registration of individual industrial and commercial households shall be re-applied to the registration authority where the new business premises are located.
