Parking space: Free parking outside Xishan International City Community. But it is recommended not to stop in the community. Because there are limited parking spaces inside, and residents in the community don't stop and put them around as required. It's easier to get in than to get out.

Property: When it comes to property, it is a headache. I don't care about anything but asking for money.

Electricity: commercial electricity, 1.05 yuan per kwh.

Water: water for residents.

Elevator: this is more troublesome. It often breaks down. People who live in it take the stairs. It is estimated that the owner also has complaints.

It is mainly rented by many businesses to start a company. Around 3500. Living in it is too expensive. It's really inappropriate to rent a one-bedroom apartment for 3500.

Especially there is natural gas upstairs, but there is no natural gas in the basement. You can only use electricity, which is more expensive.

I rented it, not the basement. Rent for the first month 1500. She often asks us questions, but if we make reasonable demands, she pretends not to know. We didn't install the TV. We agreed to pay for it ourselves, but we didn't handle it. We installed the mobile phone ourselves, so we couldn't take it with us when we left, so we had to come back to deal with the downtime. When we left, the mobile phone still had three months' internet and telephone charges. When renting a house, I said it didn't matter if I continued to rent it to us. Later, when I wanted to raise the price, I kept saying that everyone was 2000. Everyone has 2400. I want to say that the opposite 2000 is well decorated, with air conditioning, and you have nothing. I asked the one who said 2400, and they said the house was bought. The house next to mine is rented at 1600, and I don't take 1700. What's the point of telling such a lie? I'm probably used to lying. Actually, I didn't want to rent it when it was flooded. I didn't want to rent her at that time, because I couldn't live any longer. That's because I am too lazy to move. I don't care. Later, I moved out a month early and gave her the house. Finally, I don't want to refund our deposit at the original price! As for the furniture and clothes flooded in the flood, we don't compensate them, just because the property promised to repair them again. Such people are really hateful! Well said, it's not like that. In short, it is not appropriate for this house to be higher than 1600. Because the second floor can't stand up. I feel very wronged, especially when there is no ventilation, and sometimes I feel suffocated when I sleep.

When we left, the landlord refused to return our soaked furniture. At the beginning, because we kindly told them about the flood, now the property promised to compensate the landlord, but they ignored us.
