After coming to Beijing, I rented a house in Xishan International City, Fushi Road, Haidian District, Beijing for the first time.

Bus: There is a bus at the entrance of Xishan International City. Take the subway to Yuquan Road. But other transportation is inconvenient. There is no supermarket nearby. It is still relatively close to the splendid land, and it is convenient to buy things.

Parking space: Free parking outside Xishan International City Community. But it is recommended not to stop in the community. Because there are limited parking spaces inside, and residents in the community don't stop and put them around as required. It's easier to get in than to get out.

Property: When it comes to property, it is a headache. I don't care about anything but asking for money.

Electricity: commercial electricity, 1.05 yuan per kwh.

Water: water for residents.

Elevator: this is more troublesome. It often breaks down. People who live in it take the stairs. It is estimated that the owner also has complaints.

Housing quality: when the strong wind blows from 20/kloc to 0/2, the top floor roof is scraped off and the walkway ceiling is blown up.

Housing problem: because I rent underground, not to mention the underground water pipes are not treated. As long as there is water upstairs, you can hear who is smashing it, especially loudly. As long as there is water, you can hear it. Sleeping at night has a great influence. This problem is very serious! Look, you can't tell! If you bought this house yourself, you must take good care of it. I don't think it's very useful to wrap thick sound-absorbing cotton. I asked the decorator.

The ground is wet all the year round, and the quilt is wet. For girls, forget it. I really like it. It is better to rent the one above, which is very bad for women's health!

There is something wrong with the sewer pipe. Whenever it rains heavily, it will come out of the ground.

Long-term electricity use in the basement is very expensive. Dehumidifier and cooking need extra electricity, but it is commercial electricity.

There are also power outages from time to time. As soon as there is a power outage in winter, the heating in the house is cut off. The problem is that there is no warning of power failure.

Including heating, but also need to clean the filter. 50 yuan once. I didn't know this again, because it was a newly built building, and suddenly the heating was not hot. I went to the property management and heating group, and later told me that I needed to clean the filter. It's really the first time I've heard that the heating at home has stopped for a day. It's so cold. Later, the heating was turned on, and the temperature could not go up. At that moment, I vowed to move out. Live in vain. I won't stand it!

Xishan International City is a small apartment LOFT, which is quite attractive and a new building. The main building has 6 floors above ground and 1 floor underground. Upstairs is still good, and some people in the community are familiar with it, so let's go shopping. It feels good upstairs. Suitable for young couples, but the rent is still expensive. It is mainly rented by many businesses to start a company. Around 3500. Living in it is too expensive. It's really inappropriate to rent a one-bedroom apartment for 3500.

Especially there is natural gas upstairs, but there is no natural gas in the basement. You can only use electricity, which is more expensive.

I rented it, not the basement. Rent for the first month 1500. For reference only, according to the landlord, this basement was bought by more than 200 thousand. 50 years of property rights, but the house is estimated to have only 43 years of property rights because of its late development. The property right upstairs has been 40 years, and now it is only 33 years. Seeing that the rent in the basement is rising wildly now, many people don't know the problem inside.

Although it is said to be a semi-basement, some units have better lighting, but they can't see the sun, and it is inevitable that the underground is humid. When it is serious, the community waters the flowers and the underground walls are full of water seepage. When it dries, it peels off. The wardrobe and leather shoes at home are all wool. I also bought a dehumidifier, 1500 yuan. A box of water can be pumped out every day, but it can't solve the problem that clothes and quilts are wet. The most serious thing is that every time it rains, there is water in the corridor. 12 that rainstorm flooded all the houses and turned up the dirty water in the toilet. The landlord not only refused compensation, but also asked us to help them find property compensation. At that time, when we rented a house, we saw that the landlord and his wife were said to be in the army and were not short of money. Who knows that the old lady and the old man are not like this, and they care about everything! What a underestimate! She often asks us questions, but if we make reasonable demands, she pretends not to know. We didn't install the TV. We agreed to pay for it ourselves, but we didn't handle it. We installed the mobile phone ourselves, so we couldn't take it with us when we left, so we had to come back to deal with the downtime. When we left, the mobile phone still had three months' internet and telephone charges. When renting a house, I said it didn't matter if I continued to rent it to us. Later, when I wanted to raise the price, I kept saying that everyone was 2000. Everyone has 2400. I want to say that the opposite 2000 is well decorated, with air conditioning, and you have nothing. I asked the one who said 2400, and they said the house was bought. The house next to mine is rented at 1600, and I don't take 1700. What's the point of telling such a lie? I'm probably used to lying. Actually, I didn't want to rent it when it was flooded. I didn't want to rent her at that time, because I couldn't live any longer. That's because I am too lazy to move. I don't care. Later, I moved out a month early and gave her the house. Finally, I don't want to refund our deposit at the original price! As for the furniture and clothes flooded in the flood, we don't compensate them, just because the property promised to repair them again. Such people are really hateful! Well said, it's not like that. In short, it is not appropriate for this house to be higher than 1600. Because the second floor can't stand up. I feel very wronged, especially when there is no ventilation, and sometimes I feel suffocated when I sleep.

When we left, the landlord refused to return our soaked furniture. At the beginning, because we kindly told them about the flood, now the property promised to compensate the landlord, but they ignored us. If we found our own property compensation and didn't tell the landlord, they wouldn't know. So unscrupulous landlord!
