How to check and record the property before it is completed and accepted?

Before the completion acceptance, the contents of property acceptance include: 1, preliminary inspection between the property and the construction unit; 2. After the replacement of the realty service enterprise, the owners' committee and the realty service enterprise shall undertake the inspection. 20 days before the on-site acceptance, the construction unit shall hand over to the realty service enterprise the completion acceptance data such as the general plan, single building, structure, equipment completion drawing, supporting facilities, underground pipe network project completion drawing, and the technical data such as the list of facilities and equipment used and their installation, use and maintenance.
