There are legal ownership certificates;

Not included in the housing levy plan;

The owner of this unit, this building or this residential area whose exclusive part accounts for more than two-thirds of the total construction area and accounts for more than two-thirds of the total number of households agrees to sign an elevator installation agreement. If it intends to occupy the exclusive part of other owners, it shall also obtain the consent of the owner of the exclusive part.

2. Joint acceptance. After the completion acceptance, the applicant will report the project completion acceptance report to the town. 4. Project filing.
