City Gas Group Co., Ltd. will rectify the above hidden dangers and eliminate them. Because the rectification work needs the cooperation of relevant owners, in order to ensure the smooth development of the rectification work, according to the spirit of the relevant notice of the Municipal Construction Bureau, we hereby notify all property management enterprises to do the following work:

1. According to the statistics of underground gas pipeline safety hazards in Luohu District provided by xxxx Gas Group Co., Ltd., the owners with gas safety hazards in this community are investigated, registered and tested, and then the leakage is detected for free, and then the gas leakage alarm is installed.

Two, posted notices in residential areas, indicating the hazards caused by the occupation of gas pipelines and valves, requiring the owners to cooperate with the city gas group company to eliminate hidden dangers.

3. Distribute the notice uniformly printed by the Municipal Construction Bureau to relevant owners.

Four, for the occupation of gas facilities, refused to accept the detection of nail households, according to the relevant provisions of the property management will be punished.
