The competent price department of the government shall supervise and inspect the implementation of the provisions on clearly marked prices by property management enterprises, and the clearly marked prices of property management enterprises shall be complete, true, eye-catching and clear.

The clearly marked price of property service charges includes: the name of the property management enterprise, the charging object, service content, service standard, charging method, charging start time, charging items, charging standard, price management form, charging basis, price reporting telephone number 12358, etc. The implementation of government-guided property service charges, should also indicate the benchmark charges, floating range and actual charges.

Property management companies can set up billboards and billboards in prominent positions or charging places in their service areas. The fee schedule, fee list, fee manual and multimedia terminal inquiry shall be clearly marked.
