As one of the leaders of this activity, I have taken three steps to arrange this activity in an orderly manner: inspection, division of labor and implementation. First, inspect the fire drill site, determine the nearest escape meeting place according to the actual situation of the campus and floor distribution, and then make clear the escape route of each class. Then, it is determined that the classes that escaped on the same route have escaped from the danger zone one after another for clarification. First of all, the students in the main place where danger occurs escape, then they escape from the dangerous area in order from high to low, and finally arrive at the safe area to gather. We divide the staff into class teacher group, safety officer group and other staff. The class teacher should pay attention to organize students to get ready to escape from the dangerous area when the alarm sounds, and guide students to escape in time. During the implementation of the activity, the main problem is that some students can't react quickly when the alarm sounds, obey the instructions of the class teacher and make preparations for escape, and there is procrastination. Subsequently, the instructor of the fire brigade led the students to the basketball court to watch more wonderful performances. In the cheers of the students, I saw that the firefighters were all skilled. They could climb tall buildings in different ways along water pipes or corners, or they could climb quickly with heavy ladders on their backs. The drill is divided into three steps: employee emergency evacuation drill, fire extinguisher instruction and collective drill, fire hydrant hose connection drill and competition. Step 1: employees are evacuated in an emergency, and the company alarm bell rings. No matter what company employees are busy with, they should put down their work and start emergency evacuation drills. In the process of escape, they should be careful not to panic and shuttle in the workshop to avoid entering the fire danger zone in the actual fire danger.

Step 2: Use a fire extinguisher. The company took out 20 fire extinguishers and gave employees a fire drill, saying that it was actually a real fire and a real fire extinguisher. The purpose is to let employees feel the use of fire extinguishers personally and ensure that they will not be at a loss in the event of a real fire.

Step 3: Fire hydrant competition, which is the most thrilling. Each team selects two employees to complete the fire hydrant practice together, one is the boiling water valve and the other is the gun head, to see which group of personnel takes the shortest time. The game has started. As long as you look at the time passing by, employees can quickly complete a series of actions, and you can feel that employees are serious.
