When the responsible person is the owner, or his neighbors upstairs and downstairs, help contact the neighbors.

However, the property service office will not pay a penny. It is a wrong view to require property (company) maintenance. But if it is very simple maintenance, the maintenance workers in the property service department can do it themselves, and this will not happen. A small amount of main materials or auxiliary materials shall be signed by the industry committee and paid from the daily maintenance fee.
