Property star service standard

Service enterprises are divided into three levels. Different grades provide different services and pay different fees.

1, Level 1 property management service level

In principle, a property management enterprise shall hold a property management qualification certificate of two or more, or a three-level property management enterprise with more than three years' management experience in residential quarters. More than 80% of property management personnel should hold property management certificates, and more than 80% of property management personnel should have college education or above.

2. Service level of secondary property management

A property management enterprise shall have a property management qualification certificate above Grade III, a property management project manager shall have more than two years of property management experience, more than 70% of the managers shall hold a property management certificate, and more than 70% of the property management personnel shall have a college degree or above.

3. Level 3 property management service level

Property management enterprises should have property management qualification certificates, formulate daily management systems, and sign property management service contracts according to specifications. Property management project managers should have more than one year of property management experience, and more than 50% of managers should hold property management qualification certificates.
