How many owners in the community agreed to drive away the property?

As far as the number of people is concerned, two-thirds of the total number of households are needed to vote. If more than half of the valid votes are in favor, the property can be fired.

The same is true for the area, which requires more than 2/3 of the total area to vote. More than half of the valid votes can fire the property.

Note: The total area refers to the sum of all exclusive areas in the community.
