What waterproof material is used to make up for the roof leakage?

If you can't do it well, you will fail in two or three years. If this material is exposed and needs metal or rock side, PE film is not recommended to be exposed, otherwise the waterproof life is only about 4 years. This material is mainly used in cold areas in the north.
2. Plastic modified asphalt waterproofing membrane. The difference between this material and SBS is that SBS is suitable for northern cities and APP is suitable for southern regions. The aging resistance of APP is better than SBS.
3.Tpo waterproofing membrane is characterized by exposure, light weight, good weather resistance and material life of 30 years. However, the waterproof life is related to the construction technology. If the roof shape is too complicated, it is not recommended. There are two construction methods of this material: full bonding and mechanical fixation. If it is fully bonded, the requirements for adhesives are higher.
4, PVC waterproofing membrane, the comprehensive performance of this membrane is not as good as TPO, first, it is not environmentally friendly, and second, it will release plasticizer after a long time, and the material will become more and more brittle.
5. The service life of EPDM waterproofing membrane is as long as 40 years, and it has excellent weather resistance, but it is not widely used. Because this material is sticky, it has extremely high requirements for glue, and there is very little glue that can meet the requirements, so it often bubbles and degums soon and loses its waterproof function.
6, polyurethane waterproof coating, waterproof performance is good, but it can't be exposed to the sun, and its life is generally not more than 2 years. It is usually used in conjunction with high-scoring waterproofing materials, such as TPO waterproofing materials, PVC waterproofing materials, EPDM waterproofing materials, etc.
7. Creep asphalt waterproof coating. When this material is used in combination with modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, the defects can complement each other and improve the waterproofing performance.
8, acrylic waterproof coating, this material is mainly used for metal roof, color steel tile roof, iron roof leakage point maintenance, simple and convenient construction, low cost. Transparent acrylic waterproof coating is used for leakage maintenance of external wall.
