Why is the future property market in China divided into three parts?

I haven't heard that the future property market will be divided into three parts, but I heard that in the logistics industry, if SF compromised, Ali, JD.COM and China Post would be divided into three parts. However, property chaos is also the most concerned issue for people's livelihood. Now many communities have set up owners' committees spontaneously, and removed the property management company, which is more conducive to protecting the interests of owners, better serving owners and improving service quality.

I think it is also very likely that the property will be divided into three parts. The owner, the property management company and the housing authority participate together, so that the three parts supervise each other later, reduce chaos, optimize the community environment and the owner's life, and improve the quality of life in the community. It is often reported in the news that some property companies rent out areas originally belonging to the same owner to earn income, but the income is not distributed to the owners, but enters the pockets of the property companies, causing the owners' dissatisfaction, and the contradictions are deteriorating, and then owners' committees are organized to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

This situation also exists in the community where my home is located. The difference between the owner and the public * * *, if the rental is profitable, it should be used by the owner, and the accounts should be transparent, so there will be no disputes. However, the property management was not publicized, and it was a black-box operation. Moreover, the environmental sanitation of the community has not been done well, and the problems reflected by the owners have not been actively solved. Every day, owners keep complaining. I really hope that the owners' committee can be set up as soon as possible and the property company can be removed.

A residential area, if the property management is not done well, will bring a lot of inconvenience and trouble to the owner's life. Before, my community often had problems, and the owners accused the property of being ineffective and demanded the establishment of the owners' committee. However, because the occupancy rate of the community is not high enough, there is no effective leader to organize it. After living for several years, it has not changed, or the original property is under management. Now I don't have much hope. I just hope that the relevant departments can make clear regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of owners.
