In order to cultivate the landscaping market, promote the development of landscaping industry, improve the quality of landscaping construction team, and ensure the quality of landscaping projects, according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Construction and with reference to relevant industry standards, after research, it is decided to carry out the qualification certification of landscaping project managers in the province, and all localities should conscientiously implement it. The qualification certification of the project manager of the landscaping project in our province began in 2002, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the qualification certification object

On-the-job personnel who have obtained the training certificate of landscaping project manager organized by the Provincial Construction Department and meet one of the following conditions:

1. Having a technical secondary school degree or above in this major and more than two years' practical experience in this position, or having a technical secondary school degree or above similar to this position and more than four years' practical experience in this position.

2. Persons who have obtained the qualifications for professional and technical positions at or above the junior level.

Second, the qualification certification performance requirements

The qualification grade of landscaping project manager is tentatively set as Grade II and Grade III. The second-level landscaping project manager can engage in landscaping projects of less than 50 hectares, and the third-level landscaping project manager can engage in landscaping projects of less than 20 hectares. Apply for the second-class landscaping project manager, and require to complete the landscaping project construction of more than 20,000 square meters in the past four years; To apply for the project manager of Grade III Landscaping Project, it is required to complete the construction of Landscaping Project in recent four years 1 1,000 square meters or more.

Three, the certification materials should be submitted to declare the qualification.

1, a copy of the training certificate for the project manager of the landscaping project;

2 copies of relevant certificates, construction contracts, completion evaluation and other performance certification materials (to be verified and stamped by the administrative department of urban landscaping);

3, landscaping project manager qualification declaration form (attached).

Four, qualification certification application procedures
