Provisions on installing elevators in the civil code

Legal analysis: civil code is divided into three parts: 1. Taking the 6th floor as an example, 8 or even 6 households in 12 agreed to apply for installing elevators; 2. The installation of elevators does not require the consent of all owners, and the residents at the bottom do not have "one-vote veto"; 3. If residents think that the installation of the elevator has harmed their own interests, they can claim compensation, but they cannot obstruct the elevator construction.
