Non-residential commercial housing simply means that this house can not be used as a residence, but only as a business or office. Classification of non-residential commercial housing

1. Productive non-residential buildings

Productive non-residential refers to the real estate used by the material production department as the basic production factor for productive labor. Including factories, warehouses, workshops, laboratories and some ancillary houses used in production activities by industrial, construction and transportation departments.

2. Unproductive and non-residential property
