Classification of non-residential commercial housing
1. Productive non-residential buildings
Productive non-residential refers to the real estate used by the material production department as the basic production factor for productive labor. Including factories, warehouses, workshops, laboratories and some ancillary houses used in production activities by industrial, construction and transportation departments.
2. Unproductive and non-residential property
Non-productive non-residential properties refer to properties other than those used by non-productive departments and industries. It includes two parts: commercial property and non-commercial property.
(1) Commercial real estate
