If it is necessary to apply for early repayment of individual housing commercial loans of Agricultural Bank of China (including commercial loans in portfolio loans), according to the loan contract, the borrower shall submit a written application to the loan bank at least 30 days in advance and obtain the consent of the loan bank. Due to the complexity of mortgage business, the actual situation varies from place to place, and there are some differences. Please communicate with the prepayment expert of your loan bank about the specific prepayment schedule.

Information required for application: the borrower's identity certificate, the original contract of individual house purchase guarantee loan, the original house purchase repayment card (discount), and other materials required by the loan bank.

Tips:

1. As of 2023 1 October 31,the penalty for prepayment of personal loans is temporarily waived.

2. The restrictions on the number of applications, the time interval of application, the possibility of agency application and the materials required for agency application within one year shall be subject to the relevant regulations of local branches.
