However, some experts have recently put forward their own views on how to put an end to "rubbing". He suggested changing heating to "one meter per household" to solve these problems.

Because if the heating is changed to "one meter per household", users can adjust the heating time as needed. If residents go out to work, they can turn off the heating, let the house not be heated for the time being, and then turn on the heating when they get home from work. Moreover, through the heating meter, everyone can clearly see how much heat they have used, and when the community charges, it will be levied according to the above figures.
