-The signature is wrong. Deng Hongxuan, the owner of this property certificate, pointed to the signature after the house number corresponding to the property certificate and said that none of them were signed by himself. There are other owners whose names have also been misspelled.
-The signature is fake. Shopkeeper Hong Shouhong told reporters that he has several shops in the Trade City, but the signature of the corresponding shop on the document is "Ren". On the same material, there are other shops that appear twice with different signatures.
-Some signatures have been dead for years. Wan Lizhen, the owner's family, reported that her brother-in-law, Ge, passed away in June, 201year, but the signature publicity materials submitted to the management department in February, 201year were all marked with Ge's signature.
However, the property management company said that the withdrawal of funds was approved by a specified number of owners, in line with relevant procedures.
Proof: I can't remember the details of the property, and the supervision is true and false.
The reporter learned that Nanchang Housing Fund Management Center is the custodian of the special maintenance funds of the Trade City. The relevant person in charge told the reporter that at that time, after receiving the application materials of the property, the center asked the property to publicize the relevant signature materials according to the regulations and take photos on the spot to collect evidence. Within 5 working days after the materials were publicized, the center did not receive any complaints from the owner. Since then, the center has also randomly selected 18 owners for telephone return visits, and they all agreed to apply for the use of the housing maintenance fund.
The reporter asked the relevant person in charge of the property service company about the authenticity of the signature. The person in charge told the reporter that the owner signed the name at that time and the materials were publicized, but the details such as the completion time of the specific signature, the owner's signature or the tenant's signature were not clear.
Zhang Li, deputy dean of the School of Law of China University of Political Science and Law, said that according to the regulations, relevant management agencies should bear the legal responsibility of "checking" the withdrawal and use of special maintenance funds. If the "investigation" is not true, even if the so-called "self-responsibility" clause is written, the responsibility cannot be shirked. If some building inspection systems lack their own building inspection ability and the system idles, it may directly affect the safety of special maintenance funds and deepen the contradiction between owners and property.
