Is there an APP (mobile phone application) that communicates directly with the property?

Our residential property has promoted an APP, which seems to meet your requirements. It's called the Valley of Life. The original paper notice in our community is missing, and the property has posted a notice on it, as if there is something you want to communicate with the property.

It's a pretty good application. It was troublesome to use at first, but I got used to it later. Sometimes people in our community launch activities on it, and I think many people participate.
