After receiving the lawyer's letter urging the payment of the property fee, you should contact the property as soon as possible and pay the unpaid property fee. If the amount and interest of the property fee in the lawyer's letter are inconsistent with the original facts, the parties shall actively inform the other lawyer and provide corresponding evidence for the lawyer to verify and handle.
