9+ 1 project refers to Hebi 9+ 1 project (i.e. 9 buildings, 1 convention center).

Hebi City Industrial Comprehensive Service Functional Zone is located in the south of Xiangjiang Road, west of Tianshan Road, north of Nanhai Road and east of Qishui West Road in Hebi New District, with a planned total area of 4.8 square kilometers. Qihe River winds through the functional area, and its east bank is the core area of modern service industry. Combined with the regional, product history and cultural characteristics, nine high-rise buildings with the meaning of "connecting nine stars" are planned, namely, Fan Qi Building, Longmen Building, union buildings Building, Financial Building, Rabdosia rubescens Building, Magnesium Building, Emerald Building, Guangming Building, Sightseeing Building, and the convention and exhibition center, which is also commonly known as "Hebi 9+6544".
